An Agreement on Scientific and Educational Cooperation between the UNIVERSITY OF MINHO, Braga in Portugal was represented by its Rector, Professor Doutor Antonio M. Cunha, and the UNIVERSITY OF LUXEMBOURG, represented by its President, Professor Rainer Klump and by the Chairman of the Board of Governors, Mr. Marc Jaeger.

It was signed last 15 December 2015 and delivered in the last days to Professora Doutora Anabela Cruz-Santos (University of Minho) by the International Relations Office Coordinator, Jenny HÄLLEN-HEDBERG.

The purpose of this Agreement is to promote collaboration in scientific research, teaching, and/or outreach in the fields of interest to both Parties. Both research units intend to contribute to the realization of the Agreement and to cooperate within the following domain: Special Education and Applied Cognitive Science.

The responsible of the protocol addendum is accountable for the development of academic activities between the two faculties involved in the Agreement.
